Burlap & Lace Napkin Ring

Raise your hand if you love burlap. Me too! Here is a super quick and easy way to dress up your table setting for Valentine's Day...or any special occasion.

Materials:
  • Burlap
  • Lace (I had some lace elastic that I used)
  • An embellishment for the center (I had ordered these wooden heart tags from Pick Your Plum a few weeks ago, and these hearts were the centers that were cut out from them.)
  • Glue Gun

What to do:

Cut a strip of burlap that is a little wider than your lace and long enough to make a napkin ring. I made mine about 5 to 5.5" long.

Cut a strip of your lace the same length of your burlap.

Pull off a strip of the burlap on both sides to make a fringe. (I'm not sure how else to explain that...so here's a picture with an arrow.)

Using your glue gun, hot glue your elastic on both edges and a little in the middle to hold it.

Hot glue the ends together to form a ring.

Glue your embellishment in the center. You can glue it however you want depending on how you plan on folding your napkin.

There you have it. Slip a napkin in them and you're golden!
