Teacher Appreciation Gift | Chocolate Cake for Two Gift Mix & Printable

National Teacher Appreciation Day is May 7th! Are you ready to give those great people a sweet gift? I'm no teacher (yet), but if I were...this would be much better than another mug to add to my collection (even though I love me some cute mugs).

I used a Pampered Chef 1-cup Prep Bowl, but you can use any small bowl with a cover that tickles your fancy. All I did was layer the dry ingredients from A Farmgirl's Dabbles recipe for Gooey Chocolate Cake Cups for Two, covered the bowl and tied a little ribbon around it.

I also made some printable tags you can use with the "baking" instructions:

Now when the kids stress the teacher out all day, he/she can go home (or to the break room) and sink their teeth into something chocolaty & gooey because let's face it...chocolate (especially the gooey kind) cures all!

*Don't go calling the blogger cops on me! Recipe cards were approved to share from Brenda, the farmgirl herself & I have the email to prove it.*

  1. What a sweet idea! Thank you so much for sharing. We've been debating about making the cookie jars for my daughters teacher but I love this idea so much more. Thanks again for allowing me to host last week's Kindness Challenge.

  9. I really like this idea. But isn't the printable tag missing one of the "wet" ingredients - 1/4 c. butter, melted?
